To create a new Startup Project, you’ll need to have an active Startly Account and log in.
On your User Account Dashboard, you can click on the [+] icon, or if you haven’t started a project in the past, you can choose to click on the placeholder image to create a new startup project on your Startly Account.
Alternatively, you can head to https://concept.startly.app/create_workspace - please be aware, that you’ll return to your previous page after you’ve created your project. E.g. if you created a new project from your User Dashboard, you’ll return to your User Dashboard. If you created a new project from the Freelance Dashboard, you’ll return to Startly Freelance.
Follow the guided steps to create your new project. First, select an industry that relates best to the project you are starting. Next, you may select tags relevant for our investment fund to indicate the category you may apply for in the future. You can select between [Non-Profit, Healthcare, COVID-19 Specific & Remote Operated]. The [Start, Onboard & Network] selection is optional and defaults to [Start] - you can let us know what you will be using Startly for, by selecting one of these options.
Some users may already have a clear understanding of their project, others may want to explore the platform a little bit first. So feel free to choose which options best describes your current status. IF you choose [I’m still looking for an idea] you’ll skip the next section, and you project will be created immediately.
IF you choose [I have an idea already] you will have the chance to create your first,critical, items. Your problem statement, the solution, and target audience. Adding information here,will pre-populate your project and add these items to your Lean Canvas. You can skip this step at any time to proceed to create your project. Or hit next.
Once your project has been created, you’ll return to the page your chose to create the project from. In this case, you’ll be redirected to the User Account Dashboard. Now you can select the project you just created, to enter its dashboard and start hustling!
